Searching for a specific part of the text or for specific expressions in documents may be time-consuming. Using optical character recognition (OCR) and full text search (FTS) in electronic documents we can find all documents containing the sought after text or word.

Search engines within a specific software solution allow you to search the documents only by the data you record at the time of scanning (metadata). In this way you can quickly find all documents from a certain supplier or buyer, which in turn reveal the type of document, date or a short description of the document. This is normally not enough as you need to find part of the text which may be located in several different documents.

Full-text search in documents is a privilege of those companies that think about improved productivity, fast responsiveness and quicker solutions to the clients’ requirements.
